Ok, I’ll spare you the hype and lofty promises and tell you what you get with my training programs…

First, I give you methods to evaluate your maximum strength, explosiveness, elastic strength, flexibility and stability.

Second, I have created a number training phases (3-6 week segments) which are in beginner, intermediate, and advanced sections. Included is training for people with no access to equipment. You will use your testing to choose a phase that will be most effective for you. For each following phase you will choose from a number of options based on your progress. That way each segment of training can be well customized.

Third, there is an instructional exercise video for each of the 40+ exercises I use in the programs.

So is my training effective? Well, I can’t say that I have put hundreds of athletes through every phase and it has been effective every time. I can say that I use standard, well-known, well-tested principles from the studies of exercise science. And the few people that I have trained personally have all been successful. Just an example, one of my strength based phases has added 30 or more pounds to the max squat, and at least 4 inches to the vertical of every person who has used it… in 4 weeks. And none of those people were young athletes who can respond much better to training. I have put in the time to learn the truth about jump training, and my programs are intelligently designed.
